Quality Supervisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Lead the team ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets. Responsible to do strategies for problem solving and quality control plan execution.
Lead Responsibilities
Ensure & manage health and safety of the team
People administration (Hiring, payroll, incidences)
Support quality process Engineer
Manage quality system
Data Analysis, problem solving (Back orders, backtrack)
Manage the KPIs related to the positionEnsure control plan is executed on time
Contribute and support Quality NPD process
Indirect purchasing administration
Ensure happiness index of the team
Periodic performance evaluation on the team and professional development
Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team and internal customers
Develop and control aesthetic committees
Ensure BRPMs methodology application
