Quality Specialist (QKAM) I
Location: Irapuato, Mexico
Responsibilities
- Support for customers
- Serve as central contact for the customer and internal quality issues
- Participate in customer calls for discussing the quality situation and related contexts
- Plan, prepare, and conduct visits to the customer
- Receive and process quality questions, quality problems, as well as customer wishes and needs related to quality; collaborate with the appropriate departments
- Carry out fault analysis at 0-km and field failures, evaluate the results, and determine whether the fault originated from the customer or from Hella
- Process, coordinate, and manage plant-specific issues
Qualifications
- University degree
- More than 5 years of experience in a quality-related activity
- Customer focus with direct interaction experience
- Organization and results-oriented skills
