Overview

Chemical support of production campaigns, ensuring proper documentation and support in monitoring process stability and compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deviation management: Support in the investigation of quality events (e.g. simple deviations) and input for root cause analyses.
• Campaign support: Support in the operational support of routine productions and monitoring of critical process steps on site.
• Data collection: Careful recording and initial evaluation of process data to support monitoring.
• Documentation: Creation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions (HVO) according to specifications.
• Quality assurance: Carrying out double checks on IPC results and preparing documents for sub-lot releases.
• Interface work: Exchange of information with the shift teams to ensure a smooth process
