Administer, process, and evaluate mill and customer rejects, including root cause analysis and correctiveGenerate and issue mill debits, credits, and reject notifications; reassess nonconforming or denied material as necessary.Maintain facility quality documentation and manage quality planning activities, including APQP and PPAP submissions when required.Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of FMEAs, control plans, statistical tools, IMTE requirements, calibration programs, and MSA activities.Communicate quality issues and resolutions with operators, leadership, technical services, sales, purchasing, and customers.Train and support employees on customer quality requirements and reject handlingRepresent the facility during internal and external quality audits and assist with customer qualityCollaborat...
