About the role
The Quality Senior Manager – Supplier Quality is responsible for developing and deploying global quality policies, procedures, and training programs that drive continuous improvement, supplier performance, and quality excellence across Carrier’s operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier quality systems, resolve systemic issues, and support strategic business objectives on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier qualification, certification, monitoring, and quality management processes.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for systemic supplier quality issues.
- Establish and drive supplier quality performance metrics and standard work.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert in supplier development and quality improvement initiatives.
