Quality & Safety Officer – Adult Social Care

Salary: Grade 9, SCP 28 - 31 (£39,152 – £41,771 subject to pro‑rata). Contract: Permanent, 24 hours per week.

Location: 3‑5 St James with hybrid working typically 3 days office based and agile working policy applies.

About the Role

• Monitoring and oversight of commissioned services, ensuring compliance with contractual and commissioning requirements.
• Evaluate performance against demand, quality standards and market needs , supporting providers to improve services and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Foster an enabling approach to monitoring activity.
• To facilitate and enable providers of services in the development and implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Standard, Quality of Life and other systems and their continued monitoring to accord with contract requirements.
