Quality Reliability Engineer

Job Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Quality Reliability Engineer to join our team to support a client in the automotive industry. You must be willing and able to travel to the USA, without restrictions, effective on the start date.

Responsibilities

• Drive flawless launches at assigned supplier sites, collaborating with the Launch STA team (e.g., Schedule A, PPAP).
• Resolve supplier quality issues and promptly escalatie significant issues with a date to green plan to appropriate management.
• Conduct onsite evaluation visits for priority commodities as per the GPDS supplier engagement process for new programs.
• Support capacity studies interfacing with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Review supplier incremental tooling work plans for compliance to PPAP requirements.
• Implement capacity/uplift actions with suppliers in line with GCP study requirements.
