Quality Performance Lead

Allstaff is recruiting for a Quality Performance Lead to join our client's team in Bridge of Weir. This is a visible, shop-floor focused role that works closely with Operations, Quality, Technical and Training teams to ensure quality standards are understood, followed and consistently achieved.

The role will spend the majority of time on the manufacturing floor, observing process performance, coaching colleagues, identifying risks early and supporting teams to make the right decisions for product quality with the goal to make quality part of the business DNA.

Key Accountabilities:

• Take ownership for quality performance across the allocated site, ensuring products move through production in line with standards.
• Provide visible quality leadership, working closely with operational teams to identify risks and reinforce right-first-time behaviours.
