Quality Manager

Manages quality functions at the site level, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards, practices, and works closely with TCL roles to support technical quality initiatives.
**Job Requirements****ACTIVITIES**:- Responsible for maintaining and improving the AS**** Quality System through multidisciplinary teams.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible for driving Accelerated Continuous Improvement Projects through the deployment of Six Sigma philosophy.
- Responsible for planning and monitoring PPAP development activities.
- Responsible for working on the implementation of the system for defect prevention instead of detection.
- Responsible for attending customer needs as required, either by phone or onsite visits.
- Responsible for managing resources in the areas of Quality, Statistics, AS****, and Metrology to ensure the Quality System is efficient and meets customer requirements.
