Quality Manager

Job Requirments:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in the automotive industry within quality and production areas
Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory requirement).

Technical Skills:
Core Tools
Problem-solving tools (PDCA, 8D’s, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
GD&T
MS Office
IATF 16949
Customer portals (VW, Stellantis, Toyota, Mazda, etc.)


Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise quality assurance in production processes
Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Manage the quality assurance team and provide training when necessary
Recruit and train Quality Department staff as the need and market dictates
Work with all organization levels to reduce and eliminate all forms of waste
