Bachelor In Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
8-12 year experiance in Heading of QC/QA domain
Preference for candidates from Electrical appliance / automotive/ precision sheet metal / metal processing industry background with Strong knowledge of:
ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems
QMS implementation
Documentation control
Internal audit systems
Calibration systems
Statistical quality tools
Good understanding of:
Metal stamping processes
Precision manufacturing
Electrical contact manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of 5 S/Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing/SPC/MSA/FMEA
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Quality control of operations
Process improvements
Handling Customer- Supplier Quality
