Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project and Field Services quality matters
• Support Supplier Quality and Project Quality activities for UK parts projects
• Lead pre‑outage quality planning (risk identification, documentation preparation, site setup)
• Improve surveillance routines during outages and manage NCR resolution
• Drive post‑outage lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain quality dashboards to track and action performance
• Drive internal quality action plans and coordinate strategic forums
• Lead supplier risk assessments and define Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs / ITPLs)
• Define surveillance strategies across the supply chain (A/B/C levels)
