For our Client, an international Company and leader in the production of paper and packaging, we are looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of Quality Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Quality Department

  • Higher technical education, preferably in Production Engineering or Quality Management

  • Fluent English, enabling easy communication in an international environment

  • Knowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence tools and methodologies, enabling the optimization of quality processes

  • Experience in managing and leading a team

  • A strong personality, courageous in challenging the status quo, and open to implementing innovative solutions

  • Proactivity, independence, and initiative, focused on continuous improvement in the area of ​​quality
