Quality Manager

Hiring for a Quality Manager in Milford!
A growing aerospace CNC job shop is seeking a highly hands-on Quality Manager to lead and execute all quality-related functions. This is a key role responsible for both strategic quality leadership and direct shop-floor execution in a fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume environment. This position requires daily involvement with inspection activities, root cause investigations, and collaboration with technicians.
Key Responsibilities

+ Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001)

+ Oversee and actively support inspection processes (incoming, in-process, and final)

+ Conduct and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

+ Partner directly with shop-floor personnel to resolve quality issues in real time

+ Validate measurements and support inspection activities as needed
