About the role
BURN is looking for a Quality Manager who will supervise the production process to ensure that all products meet consistent standards. The individual will develop and implement quality control tests, inspect products at various stages, and write reports documenting production issues .
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Supervise a team of quality inspectors, technicians and other quality staff and provide guidance and feedback.
+ Ensure all raw materials and components coming into the factory are inspected according to the IQC procedures and any non-conforming materials are segregated.
+ Ensure that all production processes conform to the set quality standards, including the final output, by ensuring strict adherence to the IPQC procedures.
+ Implement Out-of-Box audit process and recommend improvements, product sorts or recalls.
