Quality Manager

**Job Overview:**

In the role of Quality Manager -Packaging Supplier Quality, you will:

+ Own the supplier quality program for packaging suppliers, including supplier onboarding, qualification, verification, compliance monitoring, and ongoing approval management.
+ Lead the onboarding and qualification of new suppliers and changes to existing suppliers in partnership with Quality, R&D, and Procurement.
+ Design and execute supplier verification programs, including audits, documentation review, risk assessments, and performance checks.
+ Monitor supplier compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements, and address gaps through corrective actions and follow-up.
+ Maintain and govern supplier approval status, ensuring suppliers meet requirements to be added to and remain on the Approved Supplier List.
