Your Job

As a Quality Manager at Molex Guadalajara El Salto, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality programs across our manufacturing operations—from raw materials through finished products. Your role is critical to ensuring that all products meet the design, quality, and integrity standards required by both the organization and our customers. You will drive operational excellence by managing quality initiatives, maintaining certifications, and fostering a zero-defect culture to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Our Team

You will be part of the CMSBU division based in Guadalajara, working alongside a dedicated quality management team that collaborates with all plant departments, internal and external customers, and suppliers. The team acts as the site quality representative, empowered to uphold quality and safety standards across all manufacturing activities.
