Responsibilities:
Ensure the right functioning of the validation process of products. Follow, support, record and validate process of PPAP / IS (Initial Samples) in case of new product launch or any product/process modification according to Customer and /or internal specification. Define the right practices of manufacturing & control. Responsible for blocking production in case of quality issues. Plan, realize, ensure & monitor the follow up of process audits. Manage the internal & external NC system follow up and ensure the reactivity of the system. QM is the entry point and main contact for the Customer and/or Supplier for any relevant point linked to quality issue. Ensure the follow up of metrology linked to product/process/customer need and specifications. Implement problem solving tools such as Dantotsu, 8D, and WeakPoint as define per the Group.
