- Strong metallurgy and process control expertise (chemistry, inclusions, defect analysis)
- Proven leader of quality systems, teams, and audits (ISO, customer requirements)
- Experienced in RCA/CAPA, Six Sigma, and 8D problem solving
- Track record improving yield, reducing scrap, and lowering customer claims
