Konik is partnering with a local custom manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead compliance and quality initiatives.  In this role, you’ll be the lead in maintaining and improving quality systems, driving compliance initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role oversees Quality and Compliance programs aligned with AS9100/ISO9001 standards and CMMC initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory alignment, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
