Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive component manufacturer based in Wickford, Essex. With a strong reputation for high-precision products, they are now looking to expand their Quality team with the addition of a Quality Inspector.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 16:30
40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components
Use manual measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges
Support CMM inspections (experience with Mitutoyo or similar an advantage)
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
Support internal quality audits as required
