Quality Inspector Weekend Shift

**Quality Inspector / CWI – Weekend**
Full Time Regular
Eau Claire, WI, US

**Salary Range:** $40.00 – $45.00 Hourly

We are looking for Weekend **shift availability** . Shift hours are **Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM** .

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate between Production team and DOT Inspectors to ensure DOT witnessing of production operations and QC hold points are being completed.
+ Perform visual inspection of material as required.
+ Perform layout checks as needed.
+ Perform rotational capacity tests on bolts prior to use in shop.
+ Work with outside inspectors to resolve quality issues on the floor.
+ Monitor welder qualification tests.
+ Monitor and record welding parameters to ensure compliance with approved WPS.
+ Read and understand Welding Codes and Specifications.
+ Perform dimensional checks on laydowns and shop assemblies; use Total Station as needed.
