A thriving manufacturing / engineering company in Stockport is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join its established team.
This is a key role working as part of the wider QSHE team and you will be responsible for inspecting parts & materials that come into the business in the most effective way. You will also work with suppliers to proactively ensure quality issues are highlighted, resolved and prevented.
The role is based onsite Monday to Friday with flexible start & finish times. A usual workday will look like 7AM - 3PM or 9AM - 5PM.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect mechanical components and materials against engineering drawings and specifications - identifying and rectifying any issues of non-conformance
Inspections within the workshop, supporting sub assembly team with quality inspection.
