**Description:**
You will be the Inspector Sr for the Quality Inspection team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest product quality across the Lufkin facility.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Inspector Sr you will be responsible for leading quality inspections, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products.
+ Identify and document non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
+ Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.
+ Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Provide training and guidance on quality inspection procedures.
