ABOUT THE ROLE:
To follow the Inspection Plan set by the Inspection Team Leader / SHEQ ManagerConduct effective inspections using the equipment available in a timely mannerCreate inspection reports, on all components and fabrications.Liaise with the Quality Engineers, where requiredConduct monthly internal calibration of measurement equipment to the calibration schedule and maintain the calibration register and records ABOUT YOU:
Previous quality / inspection experience in a metal engineering manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge using the following methods - Faro arm / Hexagon arm or other, Laser tracking inspection equipmentKnowledge and ability to use general measuring equipment effectively (Vernier, Bevel Box, Micrometre, Tape/Rule) Knowledge and understanding of Polyworks
