**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector leads a team of inspectors to ensure products consistently meet established quality standards throughout the entire manufacturing process. This role conducts detailed audits and inspections, analyzes data to identify trends, and collaborates closely with engineering, development, and operations teams to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement. The position also manages MRB (Material Review Board) activities, oversees equipment calibration and maintenance records, and communicates quality findings clearly to stakeholders through meetings, reports, and presentations.
