We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician for our fabrication department. The role involves performing visual inspections on welds, quality assessments of materials, and eventually addressing electrical issues. You will read blueprints and mechanical drawings, utilizing micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools. The position also requires writing detailed inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs), identifying root causes of quality issues, and recommending corrective actions. Effective communication with both English and Spanish-speaking employees is essential, and you may perform general labor tasks using hand and power tools.
