**Job Description**

The Quality Inspector inspects machined, sheet metal, and welded parts to verify correct materials, high-quality workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and proper functionality. This role involves moderate physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, while performing in-process, receiving, and final inspections in a manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect machined parts, sheet metal parts, and welded parts to confirm proper material, workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and functional performance.
+ Work independently from blueprints to plan and perform inspections with minimal supervision.
+ Set up inspections on a surface plate using common inspection equipment and tools.
+ Operate hardness testing machines to verify material properties and document results.
