Do you love turning data into decisions and problems into progress? We’re looking for a Quality Improvement Manager who thrives on continuous improvement, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and knows how to lead teams through meaningful quality wins.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional, data-driven improvement efforts to strengthen product and process performance across manufacturing, suppliers, and the field. You’ll own and oversee our ISO 9001 quality system, manage corrective actions, and partner closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to build quality in from day one—not inspect it in later.

You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing Quality team, supporting inspections, audits, and supplier performance while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
