We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Governance and Risk team at Aspris, supporting the delivery of high-quality care through our Children’s Homes and Residential Special Schools. This remote-based role, with weekly travel, reporting directly into the Head of Quality for Care, you will play a pivotal part in driving excellence across our services.

As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will:

• Deliver coaching and training as necessary in relation to developing and improving quality and practice.
• Provide credible and visible quality improvement leadership, support and advice to services.
• Monitor the young persons experience across services, review themes, and support the changes to practice and policy in response to this.
