Quality Engineer/Specialist (Milton)

Job Overview

The Quality Specialist / Engineer is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Ecofit Canada Quality Management System to support customer satisfaction and business performance. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015, N299, SPS, and other applicable requirements, while embedding prevention-based quality practices across projects, manufacturing, suppliers, and field activities. This position proactively partners with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Services to translate customer requirements into robust processes, reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), and drive sustainable, measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting project teams on Quality Assurance throughout the full project lifecycle
• Reducing CoPQ and Non-Quality Cost through defect prevention, yield improvement, and rework elimination
• Owning and influencing Process Control Plans, PFMEA, SPC, control charts, layer...
