Quality Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement interdepartmental and multifunctional/organizational relations to promote the requirements of the quality system (QSR).
• Influence the metrics of the quality system, such as corrective and preventive actions, training metrics, completion metrics, and resolution of complaints, NCR, etc.
• Manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of the product in accordance with the quality system.
• Manage, lead, and/or assist in the resolution of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead the development of new and better-quality processes; streamline existing processes.
• Collaborate across all functions to improve processes and boost efficiency.
• Manage the operations quality control team to ensure that the goals are met.
• Review and approve non-conforming material and change requests.
