Quality Engineering Manager

We are looking for a talented and proactive Quality Manager to join our team in Latin America. If you have a passion for the renewable energy industry and experience in ensuring the highest quality standards, this is the opportunity for you!

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire quality lifecycle of our suppliers in the region, from evaluation and qualification to continuous supervision and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the handling of quality issues during the fulfillment and after-sales stages：

• Register customer complaint issues on the platform within two days after receipt;
• Reply to PM and After Sales in time；
• Go to the project site to investigate the cause of defect or confirm the defect situation if necessary
• Connect the responsible departments to provide temporary solutions or RCA report to PM timely if needed
