Quality Engineer

• Develops and implements the Quality Control Plans, methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
• Ensure products meet company and applicable industry quality standards. Maintain and align local quality processes with Stanley Black & Decker global quality standards.
• Manage customer quality complaints, including root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness verification.
• Track and ensure timely and effective closure of NCs, customer complaints, and internal CAPA.
• Involve in new product development, including planning, manufacturing support, sample tracking, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous product and process quality improvements.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure production compliance with approved quality procedures and standards.
