Quality Engineer

• QUALITY: Perform daily incoming control of raw materials and outgoing control of products.
• Perform quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and corrective action.
• Handle supplier communication, claim handling, and 8D reporting.
• TEST: Perform inspection and testing of assembled products to ensure adherence to documented requirements.
• Manage customer documentation such as drawings, specification and documents.
• Liaise with customers on test requirements and work with internal team to design the testing flow that address customer needs.
• PRODUCTION: Assist in daily operation.
• Provide technical support to production.
• Create, update work Instructions and train production technicians.
• Perform trouble shooting of production challenges.
