Quality Engineer

• Lead the disposal of non-conforming products, abnormal handling, etc., coordinate and promote the investigation of abnormalities and the implementation of relevant measures and ensure the timely closure of non-conforming and abnormal products.
• Responsible for quality monitoring throughout the product lifecycle, leading the handling of customer feedback, complaints, RMA, and other related tasks.
• Responsible for using statistical tools and techniques to develop sampling standards, measurements, and analyses for incoming materials, processes, and final inspections, in order to identify and correct potential quality defects.
• Responsible for tracking and improving daily supplier raw material issues to ensure effective closure of all material problems.
