Quality Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics).
• Injection Moulding process knowledge preferable.
• Must be able to work at Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customer complaint and services.
• Analysis the problem and take corrective action.
• Monitor and follow up part on hold status.
• Prepare and reply to countermeasure or improvement action to customer.
• Verify all the sales return and ODR activity.
• Prepare monthly quality improvement to management.
• Provide guidance spec to QC supervisor.
• Follow up and monitor with production countermeasure reply.
