Quality Engineer

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring all products incoming and outgoing within the facility meets the applicable quality standard set forth by governing bodies, suppliers, engineering, quality, and design. This includes troubleshooting, testing, and validating components in manufacturing and in the field while collaborating with inventory control, quality, engineering, suppliers, and production teams.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Drives component and process improvements to improve quality.
+ Review all quality related findings and utilize practical problem-solving techniques to find and document root cause and corrective actions.
+ Maintain/Update/Develop all pertinent quality documents for the plant.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Audits processes and components to ensure design engineering and quality standards are met.
