Quality Engineer @ Loyang

• Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring include inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards.
• Understand all technical specification and standard compliance and ability to handle troubleshooting project correction.
• Prepare welding methods, PQR assembly and other CWI duties.
• Co-ordinate, communicate with member even carrying out inspection of all the welding and associated actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings and Company Specification and requirements.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with Production personnel to ensure that all inspection stages comply to inspection and test plans on material or structure.
• Witness and verify all tests include reinstatement etc. and prepare reports after such tests are conducted.
