MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality control and technical support for fermentation, fresh products, dry seasoning, and condiments at McCormick Kutas facilities.

Monitor, interpret, and report Statistical Process Control (SPC) data for all site-produced products.

Record and report production non-conformities and customer complaints, supporting timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Support R&D during new product trials.

Participate in internal and external audits (GMP, HACCP, Food Defense) and ensure full site compliance.

Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
