The Quality Engineer works collaboratively with the project teams ensuring that the quality arrangements are clearly communicated and effectively implemented. This role is central to promoting quality awareness, championing best practices, and conducting inspections and surveillance to guarantee compliance with quality processes and contractual obligations. By supporting the implementation of the Project Quality Management System, the Quality Engineer fosters a culture of continuous improvement and ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements. By providing quality training, conducting surveillance, and facilitating inspections, the Quality Engineer helps drive the Right First Time, Every Time quality culture on the project.
