The Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. You will lead root‑cause analysis, manage non‑conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions across both internal processes and supplier/customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal and external continuous improvement activities
• Manage non‑conformances, customer complaints and returns (RMA process ownership)
• Carry out root cause analysis using tools such as 8D and 5‑Whys
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
