Implement and maintain quality controls aligned with management systems (QMS).
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using tools such as 8 D, PDCA, and 5 W.
Develop and implement inspection, validation, and testing plans for optical products.
Actively support programs such as 5 S, EHS, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality.
Participate in the introduction of new technologies and testing methods in optical manufacturing.
Fulfill the responsibilities and authorities outlined in the control plans associated with the position.
