Summary
Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Quality Engineer / Customer Support Engineer to support product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
This role serves as a key liaison between customers and the plant, leading customer concern investigations, supporting new product launches, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. The position works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary quality contact between customers and the manufacturing plant
- Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns to prevent recurrence
- Monitor and report daily quality KPIs and performance metrics
