Quality Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage metrology equipment (CMM, VMM etc.) know to create & execute program in CMM (MCOSMOS/PCDMIS hands-on experience).
- Manage calibration of equipment.
- Strong experience in measurements of tool steel & hardness measurement of steel.
- Solid experience with PPAP documentation (Interpretation of full layout, CPK & GRR).
- Experience in manufacturing of injection molds.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and residents to provide immediate support and responses to the customer.
- Establish and implement departmental objectives, procedures & instructions, Conferring with board members, organizational officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Monitor customer performance & take actions.
- Host External & Customer quality audits and take countermeasure in case of any finding.
- Prepare and update quality reports & share with top management at defined interval.
