Job Description

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will analyze and resolve customer claims, execute product and process audits, and guide New Product Introduction (NPI) quality controls. Your work will reduce nonconformities, mitigate risk, and elevate performance across the product lifecycle.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 
Lead customer quality by investigating claims, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that prevent recurrence and enhance customer satisfaction.
