Quality director

As a Senior Quality Assurance Director , you will lead and elevate quality performance across multiple DSS manufacturing sites, ensuring the delivery of world‐class products and customer experience. You will play a critical role in driving a zero‐defect culture , strengthening quality systems, and enabling operational excellence across Molex Guadalajara and North America sites.

This role requires a highly influential leader who can connect strategy with execution, working closely with plant leadership, customers, and global stakeholders to create sustainable, value‐driven quality outcomes in a complex manufacturing environment.
