Train and monitor the development of Quality Technicians and interns.
Define skill matrix needs, supporting the direct supervisor in personnel development.
Coordinate and lead meetings with customers to address escalations.
Present quality KPIs, results, and issue status to customers.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions committed to customers.
Ensure effective communication with the production team.
