We are looking for a talented **Quality Coordinator** to join our team specializing in **Quality** for our Cummins Inc. facility in **Forest City, NC** .
**Job Summary:**
Responsible of conducting internal audits (QMS, Mfg Process Audits, Product Audits) in an organization. Plan and lead trainings, root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformances. Also conduct other QMS related activities needed to perform QMS processes.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
• **Stay ahead of compliance requirements** by continuously tracking and interpreting internal process/product updates and external standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools, CSRs), ensuring the organization remains audit-ready and aligned with industry expectations.
