The Quality Control Technician supports manufacturing quality operations by monitoring process performance, analyzing data, and assisting in the resolution of quality issues. This role ensures compliance with quality standards and supports continuous improvement to maintain high product quality and yield.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or quality (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis (8D/RCCA).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and teamwork.
